The Skyline residence is an enchanting place overlooking the infinite. A space where time seems to have stood still. Located in the upper part of the magnificent town of Praiano, a UNESCO heritage site, you can reach it by climbing 160 steps from the nearest road accessible by car, where you can park your vehicle free of charge in spaces designated for non-residents or in paid parking spaces with parking meters (payment can also be managed via App). On the same road, there is a stop for the convenient local bus that will take you with great ease in five minutes to the town center and Marina di Praia, a beach nestled among the rocks.

The town center, beaches, shops, and restaurants are also within walking distance. The town center can also be reached via a staircase of 290 steps.

Upon advance reservation and for a fee, a luggage transport service is available, which we recommend.

Our guests will also have at their disposal all the comforts to ensure an even more pleasant stay: bed linen, bathroom towels, hairdryer, microwave oven, toaster, dishwasher, refrigerator with freezer, coffee machine, kettle, dishes, kitchen accessories, washing machine, first aid kit, safe, and barbecue.

In each room, Smart TVs and air conditioning are installed

The entire space is covered by free and unlimited Wi-Fi connectivity.

Near our apartments are bus stops with routes to Positano and all the other main attractions of the Amalfi Coast. You will also find mini-markets and other commercial establishments where you can make your purchases.

Private parking available upon request and for a fee.

The luggage transport service is available upon reservation and for a fee. The cost is €15 per piece of luggage, with a supplement of €40 on the total for night service from 8:00 PM to 7:30 AM. This service is designed to make your arrival and departure more comfortable and convenient.

The apartment is located in a characteristic area with numerous stairs, as in much of the town. For this reason, it is not recommended for those with mobility difficulties or for those who prefer to avoid climbing stairs.

Smoking is prohibited inside every accommodation. Children under 12 years of age are not permitted in any of the apartments.

Animals, even small ones, are not permitted inside our apartments.

Tourist tax: €3.00 per person, per day.
